Join us for an epicurean adventure through Mexico. The Sebastian - Vail is excited to collaborate with the Consulate General of Mexico and the Mexican Cultural Center in Denver on A Taste of Mexico. This will be an annual event over the Semana Santa Week focused around the people, food and art of Mexico.
Executive Chef Sergio Howland has teamed up with the best chefs and winemakers from Mexico. The event will feature perfectly paired wine dinners, interactive and fun culinary demonstrations and intuitive wine seminars - all inspired by Mexico.
